Privacy notice

WebMonkie is a TechPeople Group company. We build TALO, a tool that helps recruiting teams read a resume, find hiring managers who may need that candidate, and draft outreach that a person approves before it is sent.

If you request a demo, we save the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company, and your answer to "What would you pitch first?". We also save the date and time of your request.

To limit abuse, we create a short code from your internet address and store it with your request and in a rate-limit record. The code cannot be turned back into your address, and we do not store the address itself.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the address of the device that requested them.

At the time of writing, this site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

We use your demo request to contact you about the TALO pilot and to schedule a walkthrough. We use the short code only to prevent repeated or automated submissions.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Your demo request is stored on our web server, and a copy is emailed to the WebMonkie sales team so we can reply. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf as part of running the site. We do not share it with others unless the law requires it.

We keep your demo request until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email Privacy@WebMonkie.cloud and a member of the team will reply. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Before TALO handles any real candidate or hiring-manager information, we will publish a separate notice that explains what is processed, where it comes from, and how consent is handled.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page.
