Human guardrails on every step.
TALO works for you, not around you. These are the rules it follows, and the ones we will hold ourselves to as the product grows.
An approval gate on everything
Drafts are staged, never sent, until a person says go.
Reasoning you can inspect
Scores come with the signals behind them, so the logic can be checked.
LinkedIn stays in your hands
Notes are drafted for you to send from your own account.

Honest about where we are
- TALO is in pilot, and the screens on this site show sample data.
- We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
- Ask us how candidate data is handled during your demo.
